Francesca is a PhD candidate in administration sciences at Laval University, and she is interested in Aboriginal entrepreneurship in Canada and also abroad. More specifically, her PhD project focuses on Aboriginal Women Entrepreneurship in order to understand aboriginal women?s specific entrepreneurial characteristics and feminine aboriginal dynamics in business creation and management. She graduated in Sociology at La Sapienza University (Italy) and worked on immigration topic with a research on African women community in Rome. She also holds a Master's Degree in Management (Cnam, Paris). In doing research, therefore, its multidisciplinary approach combines Sociology, Management and Entrepreneurship.
