(Biography) Research scientist in Biogeochemistry, at the Geological Survey of Canada, since 1999. Main research interests: (1) mercury in traditional Arctic foods, particularly quantifying the impact of anthropogenic pollution versus changing natural conditions as drivers of recent Hg increases; (2) applications of lead isotopes (and other isotope systems) to environmental science issues; (3) natural proxy archives of environmental metals (sediments, peat, ice, teeth, hair). Adjunct professor at Universit of Manitoba and McGill University.
