I am currently PhD candidate in the Department of Systems Design Engineering at university of Waterloo under the supervision of Prof. Alexander Wong and Prof. Paul Fieguth. My research interests include Computer Vision, Machine Learning and Biomedical Image Processing and my main focus is on Graphical Models specially Conditional Random Fields and Markov Random Fields. My thesis topic is to introducing an efficient Bayesian inference with Stochastic Cliques for fully connected conditional random Fields. I am highly interested to apply new computer vision techniques on different applications from medical imaging to remote sensing. I have several years of expertise in leading projects and implementing computer vision and machine learning applications with state-of-the-art techniques including research and industrial projects.
